To mark the launch of Oceandiva London, we were commissioned to create a dinner that felt just as special as the occasion itself. On board the future diva of European waters, guests celebrated the start of a new chapter.
An evening full of refined details and unexpected flavours. Dishes were served from bowls made of ice. Peaches turned out to be made entirely of sugar. Everything was designed to surprise, to amaze and to emphasise the story behind this special milestone. Because a ship is built of steel.
But a memory is built from moments. And this was one that would stay afloat.
